Gratitude Exercise

Do this and it will improve our overall confidence, mood, and self- esteem .

Step 1. Get a sheet a paper and a pin or just pull out your notepad on your phone.

Step 2 .Make yourself do this. Think about your most remarkable traits, skills, attributes etc (at least three). Write them down. ⚡️ .

Step 3. Focus on these traits everyday. But most importantly be Grateful for these Traits, skills, etc. .

Step 4. Come Back to the note and be grateful everyday. Think about what you can do to get better. Get better. Be more Grateful. This is simple but it works wonders
